1. What this is
You introduce people who may want to buy property in Portugal with GetCasa. You are not our agent or employee, cannot sign or promise anything on our behalf, and are not involved in the mediation or the purchase.
2. Introduction fee
If a client you introduced completes a purchase through GetCasa, we pay you an introduction fee. The fee is €500 or €1,000 depending on the value of the purchase, as set out below: €500 where the purchase price is up to and including €500,000, and €1,000 where it is above.
3. Subject to completion and payment
The fee is payable only after the client's purchase has completed and GetCasa has received its own fees from that client in full. Nothing in these terms obliges GetCasa to accept a client, to proceed with any transaction, or to pay a fee for a purchase that does not complete or for fees that are not paid to us.
4. Once per client
The fee is paid once per client, on their first completed purchase.
5. Who counts as yours
The first partner reference recorded for a person wins. It must be recorded no more than 6 months before they book a discovery call. Once they book, they stay linked to that partner.
6. How we pay
After we have approved your account and verified your business details, we pay against a valid invoice or receipt. We ask for your tax and bank details only when a fee is due.
7. Permission and privacy
Only introduce people who have agreed to be contacted by GetCasa. You will see only a client's first name and progress stage, never their contact details, property, price or documents.
8. How you represent us
Do not quote prices, promise outcomes or make claims about GetCasa beyond our published materials.
9. Our decisions
GetCasa decides questions of eligibility, attribution and payment acting in good faith, and its decision is final.
10. Changes and ending
Either side may end this at any time. We may update these terms and will tell you when we do. Clients who had already booked a discovery call before the change or ending stay linked to you under the terms in force then.
